About SUNFLOW

SUNFLOW was founded in 2020 by wife and husband team Leslie Hsu and Greg Besner and featured on SHARK TANK. Leslie and Greg are thrilled by the extremely positive reaction to SUNFLOW, including their successful Shark Tank appearance. They are excited to help more customers upgrade their beach gear and find other unique beach and fashion accessories at their new store opening May 2024 in Spring Lake, NJ. SUNFLOW is very customer-centric with the goal to fill every beach day with smiles.

Store Associate:

SUNFLOW is seeking store associates that will be responsible for greeting customers, helping customers find items in the store, inform customers about product features and benefits, checking the store, stockroom, and warehouse for specific inventory, ringing up purchases, processing returns, keeping the store looking clean, orderly, and well-stocked, and opening and closing the store. Responsibilities will also include merchandising SUNFLOW products as well as beach apparel, accessories, and home goods. Also Store Associates will help set up store displays.

Candidates with strong communication skills will make customers feel welcome in our store. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products, and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Provide customers with information about items
• Help customers find items in the store, stockroom, and warehouse
• Ring up purchases
• Manage product returns
• Elevate any issues to owners
• Open and close the store

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible work hours
• Basic math skills
• Prior experience in retail is favorable
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
